Membership this year is to be kept at £20.Members will also be given their door/loyalty cards this year.The cost of these cards is a one off payment of £5 which must be paid along with membership. |

Club Sporting Teams |

The committee have decided that any visitors that are barred from our club will not be allowed in to play any games.In the past this has been abused by various ex members and it will not be allowed to continue.We ask that the team captains relay this information to their respective bodies.If a person that is barred refuses to leave we reserve the right to abandon the fixture. |

Members are advised that on nights of entertainment football shirts are not permitted to be worn.This is a committee decision.Do not take it out on the bar staff they are not employed to listen to complaints that is the remit of the Officers |

Loyalty Cards |

The loyalty card system is now in place,every member requires a card to benefit for the scheme.Anyone that already has a door card needs to have it programmed this can be done by leaving your card behind bar with your name on it and it will be processed ASAP.For those of you without cards these can be purchased from the Hon Secretary for £5. |

Lounge Bar |

When the club runs a function in the main lounge with a late extension,the back bar will close at normal time 11pm. |

Remember that if you introduce a visitor to the club it is your responsibility to ensure that they are properly signed in and that you the member are responsible for their behaviour....Signing in will now take place at the door to the back bar if a visitor is not signed in they will be asked to leave. |

Smoking Area |

The committee would like to remind our members who smoke it is essential that your habit is only fulfilled in the designated area,a lot of money has been spent on this facility and it is unfair to non smokers who get a whiff of smoke when smokers stand in doorway.For those of you who complain about the distance you have to walk to the smoking area a bus service will be provided when you produce your bus pass and be accompanied by both grand parents. |

Lounge Bar |

The committee have decided that for the enjoyment and easy access to ordering drink from the Lounge Bar that no one will be allowed to remain at the bar after ordering drink.We appreciate that some members like to stand at the bar but this only causes problems for other members trying to buy drink.An area will be shortly made available for members to stand or sit close to the bar.We thank you for your co operation. |
